Sister Evelyn Moore
From Jackie Clayton:
Just received from Kim Burleson.
Just wanted to let you know that Nannie fell this morning in her room at Creekside Manor and broke her hip. I'm at the hospital now and they've just admitted her and moved her from the ER to rm 4424. They have her down for surgery sometime this afternoon to repair the hip. Prayers are much needed right now as this could worsen the dementia. I'm not sure what time they'll do surgery they're waiting on an OR to be prepped. I'll be here through the night with her.
Thank you so much!

Brother Shepherd Maribo's Eye Surgery
As you all know, the church supports several preachers in Africa. The support is used for various reasons such as spreading the gospel, and any other help that may be needed to do so. Sometime health issues get in the way of good men that are willing to preach the truth and at times we help with that as well depending on the circumstances. One such man that the church has recently helped is Bro. Shepherd Maribo. He has had an eye condition for many years and with our help..., and possibly others, he can now see from an eye he has not previously been able to see out of. What a blessing this is. Im sure you all feel, as I do, that with God's blessing, we have helped to make this possible. Below is a Facebook post that he made today thanking all that have helped him. I dont know how many members are friends with him, the elders wanted to post it.
"Though painful and expensive for the surgery to be done today, I am looking good after the removal of the growth and left eye is witnessing the beauty of the world after 30 years of blindness."
"Glory to God I am now what I am because of His love, mercy, and kindness that He gave to my fellow brethern.
